The b.alive! dessert class

If you are still not convinced about the benefits of raw food and how delicious it can actually be, this class for sure will draw your attention.


In this class you will learn, how to make the most decadent desserts, using only the best organic and healthy ingredients, instead of white sugars, glutenous flour, milk, butter or eggs. Learn how to replace traditional ingredients with equivalents in raw food and create even more delicious versions of your favorite desserts!


Learn how to make:

  • pie crusts
  • cakes and cakelike consistencies
  • delicious pie fillings and creams
  • cheesecakes
  • mousse like consistencies
  • cupcakes


Specifically, you will be taught these following recipes:

  • orange chocolate cheesecake
  • strawberry shortcake (if in season, otherwise another cake)
  • Peach Apricot Crumble (Pfirsich Aprikosen Streuselkuchen, a German classic) with
  • Creamy Ice Cream (like Italian Gelato)
  • Almond Panna Cotta
  • chocolate cupcakes with cashew lemon frosting


All recipes will be presented during the class and you can even have hands on training on certain parts.
Take home a workshop booklet with all the things you learned during the course of these two afternoons so you can get a head start right away.
