The first raw food café I ever went to and still my all time favorite. Their "I am Cherished" raw vegan cheesecake planted the seed and made me want to become a raw food chef. Plates carry spiritual names such like the "I am abundant" appetizer platter or their creamy "I am Cool" Chocolate Chip Mint Shake. The cozy coffee house athmosphere invites you to just hang out and eat through their whole delicious menu of comfort foods.

This high end gourmet restaurant is the best place I have ever eaten and my big inspiration. Their creations are innovative, well balanced in flavour, show interesting textures and the presentation is just divine. Great service and an extensive drinks list account for an unforgettable evening. I highly recommend their 5 course sampling menu, which comes with a couple of additional amuses bouches from the chef.
