People nowadays have more refined palates and well established wellness concepts have shown that healthy food doesn't have to taste bland or taste and look less exciting than conventional foods. It is in fact rather the opposite. As a trained raw food chef with closing on 20 years experience and having trained at the best schools worldwide including The Tree of Life in Arizona, Matthew Kenney Academy USA and with various international chefs at Radiantly Alive on Bali, I have studied the raw food culinary scene around the world. I am specialised in the architecture of nutritional concepts around Plant Based Cuisine, making sure that food is not just exceptionally tasty and beautiful in presentation, but also meets the nutritional needs and is overall well balanced. Most Plant Based Food offerings currently lack this aspect and are rather poorly executed. I am bridging this gap by offering training in both plant based cooking and nutrition, specialising in the use of nutrition saving raw food techniques and wellness oriented menus.
